Hello, I’m Robert Alexander
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved a wedding. The joy of seeing a couple declare their love is one of life’s rare and special moments.
Your heritage, history, symbolism or superstitions all have important roles in your wedding ceremony and reception.
It is a celebration of two people – who with their family and friends – come together with good food and wine. Partnered with good conversation in great company, this marks a great occasion to celebrate the beginning of married life together.
With 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, Robert’s passion still continues.
Having worked in a variety of roles within Food and Beverage for luxury hotels in the Australia Asia-Pacific region and having witnessed and serviced many weddings – my career has seen me to undertake appointments in Perth, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Malaysia & The Mariana Islands (CNMI).
Recently appointed as a Judge for the Category of Wedding Caterer for one of Australia’s most reputable Food and Wine Associations, Robert is best served to advise you with many of your choices leading up to and including your day.

Throughout Robert’s career, he has always had a great sense of community, working in either a capital city or regional town.
Whether it be working alongside local council to stage events to working with industry partners to co-hosting hospitality gatherings, Robert has actively given his time, resources and knowledge of the betterment of the wider community.
